In this semiautobiographical dark comedy, radio host Tig (played by Tig Notaro) heads from Los Angeles to Bay St. Lucille, Mississippi, when her mother sustains a fatal injury after a fall, and Tig must handle family revelations, her own medical conditions, and problems with her girlfriend back in California.
