At 60, Jin Aixia (played by Sylvia Chang) is hoping that her daughter Zuer (played by Eugenie Liu) will conceive a child through in vitro fertilization, but when Zuer and her partner both die in an accident, Jin is given guardianship of their embryo and has to decide whether she can become a mother again.
